Cancellation Runbook
When a trial is about to renew, follow these steps:
1Check if the service offers a pause option before cancelling
2Export any data you need from the service before cancellation
3Follow the service's cancellation flow (Settings > Account > Cancel)
4Confirm the cancellation email arrives and save it as proof
5If charged after cancelling, use our refund protocol
